Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are not possible for change of mind.  Prints are produced to order so please choose carefully prior to placing your order.  All prints are personally checked and signed by Denise before being mailed to ensure there are no faults in the print work. Care should be taken when handling prints due to the delicate nature of the cotton rag paperstock.  It is advisable to leave the unrolling or unwrapping of prints to your professional framer.

In the event that your print arrives damaged or marked during the delivery process, please email me immediately to organise a replacement print. You will be asked to send photos of the sustained damage to both the mailing tube and the print work.

Refunds are not issued for the wrong print size so please measure your space before making your selection.
