1. Can I order custom sizes?

Some people like smaller prints and some like them big.  Whichever is your preference, should the size you require not be listed, please drop me a line at hello@deniserix.com for a custom quote.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Rolled prints only are shipped worldwide. Shipping is calculated upon checkout. Framed prints are for local collection only.

3. What paperstock do you print to?

All prints are printed on Ilford fine art cotton rag 310gsm.  

3. How many prints run in your limited edition releases?

Limited Edition prints are limited to just 30 reproductions in total across all sizes.  Special Limited Edition prints run in editions of 15. Limited Edition prints are named, signed and numbered.

4.  What is an open edition print?

Open Edition prints are not limited to the number of times they can be reproduced nor their application. These prints are all printed to Ilford textured fine art cotton rag 310gsm.  

5. Can I order a framed print from you?

I offer framed prints for local pickup only.  I'm in Perth, Western Australia in the Scarborough area. Framed prints are a custom order so please contact me for pricing. 

6. How should I handle my print?

Prints are extremely delicate in nature and can mark and crease easily. The unpacking, handling and touching of your print should be avoided until it is with a professional framer. Never rub or touch the surface of the print. This can cause damage to the ink.

7. Do you print locally?

All Denise Rix prints are handled at our local professional lab in Perth, Perth Pro Lab.  Perth Pro Lab are an Ilford Certified Printer Partner.

8. How long does it take for my print to be shipped and delivered?

Your print order will be prepared, packed and shipped within 10 business days. Framed orders take between 3-4 weeks.  If there is an unexpected delay in shipping you will be notified as soon as possible.

9. Can I collect my print order?

If you live locally, arrangements can be made for prints to be collected from the Scarborough area.  Use code PICKUP at checkout to apply free shipping to your order.  Denise will contact you to make collection arrangements.

10. I'm a retailer.  Can I stock Denise Rix prints?

Denise is happy to offer Wholesale & Trade arrangements. If you are interested in stocking Denise Rix prints, please drop me a line at hello@deniserix.com for further details and pricing.

11. Refunds and returns.

Refunds and exchanges are not possible for change of mind.  Prints are produced to order so please choose carefully prior to placing your order.  All prints are personally checked and signed by Denise before being mailed to ensure there are no faults in the print work. Care should be taken when handling prints due to the delicate nature of the cotton rag paperstock.  It is advisable to leave the unrolling or unwrapping of prints to your professional framer.

In the event that your print arrives damaged or marked during the delivery process, please email me immediately to organise a replacement print. You will be asked to send photos of the sustained damage to both the mailing tube and the print work.

Refunds are not issued for the wrong print size so please measure your space before making your selection.
